What may not be clear - it wasn't for me - is that this is only half the equation. If you only install the perl module and try to run, you will get a message "Cannot connect to 'localhost:3310': IO::Socket::INET: connect: Unknown error" under ASSP's Admin page showing Module Add-ons. You have to have clamd running for ASSP to interface correctly.
