In my installation the CLAMSCAN path is

C:\Progra~1\clamAV\clamscan.exe

CYGWIN=nontsec

Previously this article instructed users to add the line CYGWIN=nontsec to their ClamSup.bat files in order to prevent rsync from changing their NTFS permissions. This is a known issue with cygwin based software however recent testing indicates that this is not needed for the version of rsync linked to in the article. However if you are using your own version of rsync you may come across this issue. --Geniusfreak
