    In the headers of the message, does "X-Assp-Envelope-From:" reflect the same address that you have whitelisted?
    The "X-Assp-Envelope-From:" is the real sending address, and may be different from the displayed "From:" address.
  • Why was this message a False Positive?
    Find the False-Positive message in your spam corpus and run it through ASSP's Analyzer page.
    This also will give you information about how/why it was processed.
    What other "X-Assp-" headers are present? They should give you all the details as to how the message was processed.
