What is the ASSP Toolbar for Outlook?
The ASSP Toolbar for Outlook makes it easy for users to report emails wrongly classified by ASSP (so helping ASSP’s Bayesian filter to learn), and to add and remove senders from ASSP’s whitelist. Reporting spam and not-spam emails, or adding/removing senders from the whitelist,is as easy as selecting the emails in Outlook and clicking a button on the toolbar.
The ASSP Toolbar for Outlook can be configured, either by a system administrator or end users, for each particular implementation of ASSP. Network-wide management and deployment of the ASSP Toolbar for Outlook is made easy via Windows Installer based installation and Group Policy support.
